Am I required to provide personal data?

Ricardo Cantos will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Therefore, if the required data is not provided, we will not be able to offer the requested service.

How long will we retain your data?

The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the data subject and Ricardo Cantos will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, or for as long as required by a legal obligation. In such cases, the data will be duly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
